The still forms the foundation of every DYE Distilling System.
We have columns for whiskey, brandy, rum, gin and vodka available.
Alcohol percentage after distilling is 90±6% .

Still pot(Hold wash)with agitator
The still pot comes with agitator,which can be used to distill any wash.
Motor certificate: UL/CSA/CE otherwise required

We can customize the still pot with stainless steel SS304/red copper that according to custom' requirements.
Heating : Steam heating /Gas heating /Electric heating 

Goose neck (Helmet)
It is technically an expansion chamber.

Distillation column
within the column are bubble cap trays, the vapor rises up the tube inder the bubble caps and bubbles out from under the cap and through the standing liquid on each tray. The standing liquid overflows at a certain depth to the next tray beblow
Material: Red copper /SS304
The column comes with bubbles caps ,Cip ball ,Thermometer,bypass valve .
Sight light and pneumatic valve for choice .
Low wine :4-6 plates ,High wine ;6-20plates .

Dephlegmator & Condenser
a reflux condenser at top of distillaction column that sends distillate back toward the boiler.
Hot vapor are cooled and condensed into liquid.
